Depression Therapy in MA & UT
For depression that hasn’t responded to the usual approaches.
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. It can look like flatness, exhaustion, losing interest in what used to matter, or going through the motions of a life that looks fine on paper. For some people, it has lasted through several medications and several therapists.
You're not a lost cause. You may just need a different approach.
Who we help
Adults with ongoing or recurring depression
High achievers who are still performing but feel empty
People with treatment-resistant depression who have tried multiple medications
People receiving ketamine or esketamine treatment who want therapy to help make the changes last
People whose depression is tangled up with trauma, burnout, or alcohol use
Therapy alongside Ketamine and Esketamine treatment
Ketamine and Esketamine can open a window of change for some people with treatment-resistant depression. Therapy helps you use that window, so insights from treatment turn into lasting shifts in how you think, relate, and live.
We coordinate with your prescribing clinic when you want us to.
How we work
Psychodynamic therapy, to understand patterns that keep repeating
CBT and ACT, for practical tools on hard days
Trauma-informed care, because unresolved trauma often keeps depression going
Body-based work, including trauma-sensitive yoga, when talking alone isn't enough
