Helping your team stay steady
A 45-minute burnout prevention lunch & learn for healthcare and tech teams in the Boston area.
Practical, warm, and grounded in years of clinical work with people in demanding roles.
Who it's for
Healthcare teams. Your people show up for patients every day, often with too little time and too few hands. This session names what they're carrying, including compassion fatigue and the strain of not being able to give the care they know patients deserve, and offers tools they can use between appointments.
Tech teams. Constant messages, shifting priorities, and working from the same room you sleep in can wear people down quietly. This session helps your team spot burnout early and build habits that protect focus and energy.
What your team will leave with
A clear way to recognize burnout, and how it differs from everyday stress
An understanding of the workplace conditions that drive it, so it's not just "try more self-care"
